Child Services (Age 4-12)
- First appointment with parent and child (60-90 minutes): evaluation, diagnosis and treatment recommendation.
- Follow up appointments with parent and child (10-30 minutes): assessment and medication adjustments if needed.
- We are able to assist with starting a 504 or IEP plan by providing the diagnosis and completing school paperwork.
- We are unable to provide psychological testing, learning disability testing or autism testing. We do not attend IEP meetings.
- We do not provide custody evaluations and we do not testify regarding parental custody recommendations.
