At Med Rx Partners, we are dedicated to enhancing patient care through expert medication management. Our team is committed to providing personalized services, ensuring that each patient’s medication regimen is optimized for efficacy and safety. We believe in a holistic approach to health, integrating medication therapy seamlessly into the overall treatment plan.

6 Easy Steps to Relief

Appointment Setup

You will work with our extremely responsive admin team to schedule an evaluation appointment, which is typically available within 1 week.

Benefit Check and Paperwork

You are provided a detailed benefit check, clinic policies and you complete patient electronic paperwork through your portal so your appointment goes smoothly.

Diagnostic Assessment

You will meet your Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and complete a detailed and thorough assessment to develop a personalized treatment plan.

Medication Management

If you start or continue medication, your PMHNP will send prescriptions to the pharmacy. If a prior authorization is required, our PA team will address it immediately.

Collaboration With Your Team

We encourage our clients to involve their support system as they see fit and we collaborate with your outside providers consistently.

Ongoing Care

You have direct and rapid access to the admin team and your provider through the Spruce Health application. You are never alone and we take your care seriously.

Medication Management

Our medication management program is designed to support patients by collaborating with our clients to understand treatment goals, providing detailed education during treatment planning and providing clear and accessible communication. We have a deep understanding of medication treatment options, but also value a multidisciplinary approach to your care that may involve other providers or approaches. We keep up on continuing education regarding supplements, therapy, TMS, ketamine/esketamine, psychedelics, light therapy, energy work and other treatment options. We have strong relationships with a variety of providers in the community and work diligently to make sure you are receiving the care you need and deserve.
